All new miners come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer (Bitmain, MicroBT). We assist in the process by providing necessary documentation and logistics support.
Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets, we do not accept returns once the product is dispatched. Refunds are only applicable if the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) and reported within 24 hours.
We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cash at our office. Full payment is required before dispatch. Prices are locked only after payment is received.
