All new miners come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer (Bitmain, MicroBT). We assist in the process by providing necessary documentation and logistics support.
Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets, we do not accept returns once the product is dispatched. Refunds are only applicable if the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) and reported within 24 hours.
Listed online product prices include Pan-India shipping. For in-stock units, same-day dispatch is available after order and payment confirmation. Express delivery is typically 4–6 business days after dispatch, subject to courier serviceability, weekends, holidays and operational delays. Pre-order or incoming-batch dispatch timing is confirmed separately in the written quotation; the 4–6 business-day express transit estimate begins after those units are dispatched.
We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cash at our office. Full payment is required before dispatch. Prices are locked only after payment is received.
